What was your motivation to join ICCA?
Since its establishment, Bow Back Company Limited has been operating as a DMC company. By joining ICCA, we hope to learn from other members to further improve our services. Additionally, we also want to expand our network with other DMC companies within the organization, so that we can collaborate to organize events with the best service standards for our clients. 2
Tell us your story. How Bow Back Company Limited started?
- Bow Back Company Limited was founded in early 2009 with 8 members, focusing on organizing incentive travel programs combined with team-building activities for businesses operating in Vietnam.
- Over time, through working and gaining trust and referrals from clients, Bow Back Company Limited gradually expanded its customer database and business scale.
- Since 2016, we have started organizing events outside of Vietnam. This required us to further upgrade our service quality and human resources.
- Since 2019, we have started developing a new service: bucket travel for some of our special clients.
- From 2020 to 2024, Bow Back Company Limited was also affected by the pandemic and the global economic crisis, but we maintained stable operations and even achieved positive business results in 2022.
- 2024 marks the 15th anniversary of our establishment, and we aim to join leading organizations like ICCA and achieve ISO20121 certification to meet the demand for ESG-compliant events.
What sets Bow Back Company Limited apart?
- In Vietnam, we are probably one of the very few companies with a large workforce (60 people) and specialized departments to streamline the event preparation process.
- Even after reaching the 15-year milestone, we still maintain the same spirit of working for our clients as we did when we first started. Bow Back Company Limited wants to continuously improve to remain the "TOP OF MIND" choice for our clients.
What is your favorite success story from your organisation?
At Bow Back Company Limited, each project is a story of "kindness" that we always want to bring to our clients. We consider the keyword "kindness" as our guiding principle in our operations.
What can we expect to see from Bow Back Company Limited in the future?
- Bow Back Company Limited always aims to be an active member contributing to ICCA's activities based on our capabilities.

We have not officially participated in association meetings yet, so we cannot answer this question.
What is an industry challenging your organisation is facing currently?
- The global economic crisis has brought financial difficulties for our clients, leading to a significant decrease in demand for organizing events compared to pre-pandemic times.
- Additionally, some organizational costs have been affected and increased (e.g., airfare, food ingredients, etc.)
