Future Leaders Council

We believe in nurturing and promoting new talent. One of the main ways we achieve this is through the Future Leaders Council. The ICCA community is blessed with many rising stars. The FLC was created to extend their influence and make a lasting impact on our industry and beyond.

During an elected two-year, fixed-term post, ICCA guides, supports, and elevates future industry advocates by facilitating the sharing of ideas and strategies to keep ICCA current, relevant, and positioned as thought leaders for the association meeting community.

The Future Leaders Council works on two projects: one chosen by members, and one selected by the ICCA Board. Participants remain linked to ICCA through a specially created alumni programme, ensuring ICCA’s ongoing commitment to promoting dynamic young talent.
